1. Luminescent materials team
The team mainly focuses on the research of fluorescent materials and their applications, including long afterglow materials, LED lighting fluorescent materials and related devices. The team has perfect testing equipments of materials synthesis and fluorescence performance, including single photon counter, fluorescence spectrometer, fluorescence lifetime measurement system, thermoluminescence spectrometer, etc. In recent years, the team has applied for 11 National Natural Science Foundation of China, published nearly 120 SCI papers in recent three years and applied for 30 patents. In recent five years, it has won two provincial excellent master's theses, one outstanding doctoral student and one excellent master's graduate student. Among them, Wu Haoyi, ever as a doctoral student in the team, was currently introduced into our university as a hundred talents program, which is a landmark achievement of the team.
2. Optoelectronic technology team
The team is engaged in the research of micro-nano optics and lithography technology. Large area projection scanning laser lithography was firstly studied in China, and have been rated as "domestic original leading work" by experts. In the past five years, 7 National Natural Science Foundation (including 3 general, 3 young people and 1 Physical special project) and 18 other national / provincial / municipal scientific research projects have been granted, and 13 authorized patents and 85 scientific research papers have been published.
3. Radio frequency (RF) technology and devices team
The research of the team is mainly high power microwave and THz wave source, microwave filter, RF antenna and circuit, wireless communication technology, wireless sensor network and Internet of things. In the past five years, it has undertaken more than 30 scientific research projects of the state, provinces and cities, and enterprises, with more than 4 million research funds. More than 50 research papers have been published, and more than 10 patents and copyrights have been applied for, which have created more than 20 million economic benefits for the cooperative enterprises.
4. Electronic information materials and energy devices team
The team is interested in semiconductor memory materials and applications, piezoelectric materials and sensors, and energy materials and energy storage devices, including Memristor materials, CMOS devices, solar photovoltaic materials and devices, environmental protection and biodegradable materials. In the past five years, it has undertaken more than 20 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects (including 10 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China), with research funds of more than 6 million RMB. More than 100 academic papers have been published and more than 10 invention patents have been applied.
5. Computational Physics Team
Research interest of the team is mainly the prediction and synthesis of superhard materials, two-dimensional flexible electronic materials and new energy materials, the properties of acoustic supernormal materials, acoustic supersurface design and acoustic manipulation technology, and the mechanism of fluorescent luminescent materials. In the past five years, the team has undertaken 10 national projects and 5 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, with research funds of more than 4.6 million RMB. More than 70 academic papers have been published and 15 invention patents have been applied.
